Our Guarantee: We guarantee our tools against defects in workmanship
and materials. This does not cover normal wear and tear from heavy professional
use or damage caused by misuse.
Fault Verification: If you believe a product is faulty, it must be
returned to us at your own expense for inspection.
Refund Process: A refund or replacement will only be initiated after
a manufacturing fault has been verified. If confirmed, we will reimburse
reasonable return shipping costs.
